A Mobilus Assessment Centre consists of a group evaluation of all qualified candidates, normally for a half or full day session, for panel interview, skills testing, psychometric testing, group scenarios etc., the objective being to identify and select the successful candidate(s) within the day.
The interview panel, comprising of all the appropriate hiring and
influencing managers also serves to dramatically reduce the internal
communication difficulties often experienced in the traditional
recruitment process, where candidate comparisons and management
