They require a first-class individual with the vision and impetus to source fresh opportunities and sign on new partners from the start to the close of deal.

The successful candidate who will quickly adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment will possess the following attributes in spadefuls:

  • The ability to identify and develop relationships, to negotiate and then close competitive deals
  • Create and deliver pitch presentations to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the relevant team to surpass technical obstacles
  • Execute a seamless handover of clients to the partner management team

  • Demonstrable experience in B2B sales from either the loyalty, retail or FinTech sector

  • Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Self-motivation, combined with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
