Our Client, who offers a wide range of award winning innovative and versatile services and products including marketing services, interactive solutions and analytics are seeking a Client Success Executive to join their Client Success Team.
The Client Success Team provides high quality account management, delivery and act as the issue resolution interface between the Client and the internal business units. The Client Success Executive will be working closely with Client Management and supporting teams to help resolve a wide range of client queries in order to ensure and maintain high quality post sale/ BAU account and relationship management.
You will take on various duties that include collating MI stats for Service Review meetings, assisting with preparations for client meetings and provide Client Success Managers with regular and timely communications. Depending on experience you may also have the opportunity to manage some of the smaller clients.
The successful candidate will have strong customer service ethos, with excellent communication skills and great attention to detail. You will ideally have had some B2B experience in a previous role.
